A year ago today, I had my last cigarette.
Such a quitter am I.
Congratulations on one year! It gets easier, although I still tell my husband that I will take up smoking again after he dies. (Guaranteed strategy to make him stick around forever!)
Well done Mrs. Spit! I am so proud of you.
And I’m glad you’re a quitter.
Congratulations!! I am so very proud of you for sticking to your guns. I can only imagine how very difficult it has been.
(“Quitter” has two “t”s)
*cheers* That’s great!! Good job being a quitter. 😉
Very, very impressive!! Hearty congratulations to you!
Good for you!! Wish my sister & dad would do the same.
Way to go! I am also (just) past a year, tobacco free. Feels pretty darned good, doesn’t it?
You’re not a quitter; you’re a starter. You started a whole bunch of healthy habits: non-smoking, exercising regularly, eating quinoa.
Hooray! Congratulations. I am proud of you, I know that is hard.
So proud of you!! Congrats, Mrs. Spit!
so i can’t blame the canadian smoke blowing down to us in new hampshire this weekend on you, eh?
I did not realize that you’d given up smoking. In addition to taking up running. Wow. Good job. I’ve been smoke free for going on 10 years. It’s kind of a shock to realize it. I’ve almost forgotten that I ever did smoke.
Awesome! You should celebrate by going for a run 🙂
That is so awesome!
I’d have left the first “Congrats” – but this didn’t post until well after I left for work this morning. I am so very glad for you darling!
In this I am very glad to call you a COLOSSAL QUITTER!!!!!
Hooray for you!
Truly a reason to celebrate! Congrats!!!
W00t!!! Mrs. Spit!! That’s awesome, congrats. 🙂
