For the first time since Gabriel was born, I am not on blood pressure medication.

My blood pressure, without medication, is perfectly normal.

There is this weight off my chest. I cannot describe what it is, almost 3 years later, to be healthy again.

    My family dr tells me that if I lose some weight, I too may be able to get off my bp meds. It’s nice to know that some people do it!
