There was going to be a blog today, I had it planned and everything. Owing to circumstances beyond my control – and the consumption of mountains of amazing potatoes during a pre/post birthday meal – I am in a carbohydrate coma. I may die from starch. I will die happy.

My word, they were not mere potatoes, no they were the elixir of life, the essence of happiness, joy and pleasure distilled.

Tomorrow, I promise.

(If you live in Edmonton, you can get the potatoes at Skinny Legs and Cowgirls. Eat there often enough and trust me, you won’t have skinny legs anymore. You should go anyway.)

This is funny. Wish I could get some, but I live in Ontario. Oh well. I love potatoes though. It’s probably just as well that I can’t get them.
