It’s That Time Again

It’s that time again, where I solicit pictures for my fridge.

And this year, you will get to hang on the shiny, new fridge. The shiny, new fridge with 2 doors and a freezer on the bottom. The freezer on the bottom even has 2 drawers and a light. (Any Siefeld fans out there?)

Anyway, as I said last year, it’s been a year since I’ve made my request, and your dogs are cuter, your kids are taller and your husband more handsome. Send them away. If you want, this year I could even send you a photo of Mr. Spit and I.

Like I said last year: this way, when my mum comes for coffee and says “Who are the X’s” because she is looking at your Christmas Card Photo’s, I can smile and tell her “blog friends”.

Drives her crazy, that. She still can’t fathom how I can have friends in my computer.

Thanks ever so much.

It’s funny how some just don’t understand the whole “computer” friend thing.
I have a small group of online friends I’ve known for awhile and this past December one of the ladies suddenly passed away. We were all devastated, one day one of the ladies came online to vent about how her Mother couldn’t understand why she was so upset as she had never “met” this person IRL?? How do you explain it?

Was my Christmas card enough or would you like more?

Are you for serious? Because I would love me a picture of the Spits and the Spit’mals. You want one of a saucy six year old in her ice hockey gear? Send me yer snail mail, Mrs. Spit!

And yay on the fridge. That’s awesome.

I’m with Tash – I’d love a photo of you and Mr. S for my fridge.

Oh! I want the Spit’s on my fridge! I’ll send a pic of Bea, maybe even one with us old fogies in it.

I don’t think non-bloggers get blog friends. Even my ‘young’ otherwise ‘hip’ friends don’t really get it.

I’m in! Hubby totally doesn’t get the blog friends, even when we meet some of the local folk. He still thinks everyone is a 45yo man still living in their mom’s basement.

  7. Kristin says:

I would love a picture of y’all…and I’d be thrilled to send you ones of us.

  8. Jamie says:

Yes! I need a picture of the Spits for my fridge!

I’m taking lots of pictures for some photography courses. Any requests? No kids or dogs to send you pics of. And the wedding pics are from a year and a half ago….
